Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, caramelized
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
