- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar

- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons sour cream

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, then add melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with the brownie batter.
- Mix cream cheese, lemon zest, sugar, egg yolk, sour cream, and cinnamon in another bowl for the blintz filling.
