Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and beef broth. Marinate the sliced beef in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, then remove from the pan and set aside.
