  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 16 wonton wrappers

Directions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a simmer. Add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and Thai chilies. Let the broth simmer for about 15-20 minutes to infuse the flavors.
