Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour in the milk and melted butter, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Gently fold in the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into the dough until evenly distributed.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and black pepper until well combined.
  7. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  8. Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a log shape.
  9. Cut the rolled dough into approximately 1-inch pieces and place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  11. Allow the roll-ups to cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving warm.
