- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced carrots

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until well blended.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring that the chicken is well coated.
- Add the diced onion, celery, and carrots over the top of the soup mixture. Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts and shred them using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix well.
