Ingredients
Scale:
24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip, thawed
1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 cup cool whip, for topping
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the finely crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in 1 cup of thawed cool whip until fully incorporated.
Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled Oreo crust.
In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer and spread it evenly.
Spread the remaining cool whip over the pudding layer.
Arrange the fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries on top of the cool whip layer to create a festive red, white, and blue design.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
