Ingredients

2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Rich Chocolate Ice Cream: ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder and ½ cup chocolate chips
For Fruity Ice Cream Flavors: 1 cup pureed seasonal fruit
For Vanilla Bean Ice Cream: 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste or seeds from 1 vanilla pod
For Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream: 1 cup crushed chocolate chip cookies
Optional Toppings: Dairy-free chocolate sauce, fresh fruit slices, chopped nuts
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract (or any flavor add-ins you choose) until well combined.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
If making chocolate ice cream, sift in the cocoa powder and fold until fully incorporated. Add in chocolate chips if desired.
For fruity versions, fold in the pureed fruit gently to maintain a marbled effect.
Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container with a lid, smoothing the top with a spatula for an even surface.
