Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
