1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage (optional)
1 cup chopped spinach or other vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish thoroughly with butter or cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
