  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts with olive oil, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  3. In another bowl, mix the broccoli, bell peppers, and sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the chicken on one side and the vegetables on the other side, ensuring they are in a single layer.
  5. Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.
